Security Practices

Access to your account is authenticated via Google Sign-In, and we do not store your Google password.
We recommend maintaining the security of your Google account and not sharing login credentials.

Your Rights

You are free to remove or delete content from your user profile at any time.
You may correct, amend, or delete personal information from your account by logging into your profile.
You may request deletion of your entire account and related data by contacting us at support@gumbotech.in or using the in-app delete account option.

Data Deletion Request

You can request complete deletion of your account and personal data by emailing support@gumbotech.in with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

Once we verify your identity, your data will be permanently deleted (except where retention is required by law) within 30 days of your request. This process is irreversible and will remove all stored information, preferences, and in-app history.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We may share limited data with:

Service Providers (for hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring);
Legal Authorities (if required by applicable law);
Affiliates or Partners (only with your explicit consent).

All third parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Children’s Privacy

Baba App is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal data, it will be deleted immediately.
