This privacy policy applies to the Book Savari and Book Savari Rider mobile applications (hereby referred to as the “Applications”) developed and operated by Gumbotech Private Limited (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as free services. These services are intended for use “AS IS.”

Book Savari operates two mobile applications:

Book Savari – the customer application used by travelers to book rides.
Book Savari Rider – the driver application used by Captains (drivers) to accept and complete ride requests.

This Privacy Policy applies to both applications and all services offered through the Book Savari Platform.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, processing, storage, retrieval, disclosure, transfer, and protection of your information, including personal information and sensitive personal data (“Information”), that may be collected through the use of the Applications.

The terms “you” and “your” refer to a Captain (Driver), Customer (Traveler), Vendor Partner, or any other user of the Book Savari Platform.

USER ACCEPTANCE

Independent third-party drivers who provide transportation services through the Book Savari Rider App.

Users who request transportation services through the Book Savari App.

Any mobile phone, tablet, or computer used to access the Applications.

TPSP (Third-Party Service Provider)

Location data is collected only when the Captain marks themselves “Online.”

Customers (Book Savari)

Customer location may be collected when:

A ride is requested
A ride is ongoing
The app is open
