If you'd like them to delete user Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at support@gumbotech.in and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children’s Privacy

Nirvana is a Buddhist Meditation and Spiritual App where users can get different types of meditations and different Songs, Ringtones, Wallpapers and WhatsApp Status.

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023, we do not knowingly process the personal data of children (under 18) without verifiable parental or guardian consent.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children’s use of the Application. If you believe that your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact us at support@gumbotech.in, and we will take appropriate action.

If we discover that a child has provided us with personal health data without consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.
