Auto Pay Cancel Help
Follow these simple steps to cancel your subscription. We're here to help you every step of the way.
For Android Users
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device
- Tap on your profile icon (top right corner)
- Select "Payments & subscriptions"
- Tap on "Subscriptions"
- Find your Gumbo Tech app subscription
- Tap on it and select "Cancel subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
For iOS Users
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap on your name at the top
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Find your Gumbo Tech app subscription
- Tap on it and select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm the cancellation
Alternative Method
You can also cancel your auto-pay subscription by sending us an email with the following information:
- 📱 Your registered mobile number
- 📧 Your email ID
- 📲 App name (Polimart, Suvichar, or Gyanify)
Response Time: We will cancel your membership within 24 hours of receiving your email.
📌 Important Note: Any payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable. You will continue to receive premium benefits until the end of your current billing period.
